Emergency Roof Repair FAQs

How fast can you respond to an emergency leak? +
Most emergencies same day or next day. During active hurricane season we may have a queue, but homes with active water intrusion get priority. Call (813) 513-1845 and we will give you an honest timeline.
How much does emergency tarp service cost? +
Emergency tarp service runs $300 to $800 depending on roof size and complexity. If your damage is from a covered event your insurance often covers the tarp cost. We document everything for your claim.
Can you come out at night or on weekends? +
For severe active leaks, yes when safety conditions allow. After dark we typically tarp the next morning rather than working on a wet roof in the dark, but we get you on the schedule first.
Should I tarp the roof myself? +
Only if you can do it safely. A wet sloped roof is one of the most dangerous surfaces you can be on. If you can place a tarp from a window or attic, great. If you would have to climb on a wet roof, call us instead.
Will emergency tarping damage my roof more? +
No. We use proper tarping techniques with battens secured along the roof edges, not nailed through the roofing material. The goal is dry-in, not additional damage.
What should I do until you arrive? +
Move belongings out of the affected area. Place buckets to catch active drips. If safe, photograph the damage from inside and outside. Do not climb on a wet roof. Call us at (813) 513-1845.
