Should I repair or replace my roof? +
We will tell you honestly. If your roof is under 12 years old with isolated damage, repair. If it is over 18 years old with multiple problems, replace. The gray zone in between depends on the type of damage and the condition of the rest of the roof.
Do you offer emergency roof repair? +
Yes. For active water intrusion or major storm damage we offer emergency tarp service and same-day or next-day repair scheduling depending on availability. Call our main line.
Can you repair a tile roof? +
Yes. Cracked tiles, slipped tiles, and broken tiles can be individually replaced. Underlayment damage requires removing and reinstalling tiles in the affected section. We have tile experience and the right materials.
Will my homeowners insurance cover roof repair? +
If the damage is from a covered event (hurricane, hail, wind, fallen tree), most policies cover repair minus your deductible. Wear-and-tear repair is typically not covered. We can document damage and meet with your adjuster.
